Our Verdict
The Divoom MiniToo Retro Bluetooth Speaker brings a dash of 90s charm to any modern workspace. During my time testing it, I found it to be more than just a conversation piece, as it functions as a highly versatile desktop companion.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality of the MiniToo feels solid and well-constructed, paying homage to vintage computer designs with a clean, satisfying finish. Its 5W near-field audio output provides surprisingly clear vocals and a warm sound profile perfect for near-field listening while working or relaxing.
Day-to-Day Experience
Getting started is straightforward, as the Bluetooth 5.3 connection is quick and stable, though the option for TF card playback is a nice touch for offline listening. The pixel display is the real highlight, allowing you to easily cycle through custom animations or focus timers directly from the interface.
This is the perfect gift for gamers, desk-setup enthusiasts, and anyone who appreciates a blend of retro-tech aesthetics and modern smart features.
